No one can resist a delicious slice of pizza, especially when it is homemade and served directly from the oven. Vegetarian pizza with mushrooms is prepared quickly, in just half an hour you can create a hearty and delicious vegan dish!
Dough:
Flour-2 tbsp. (sifted) | Soda slaked with vinegar-1/2 tsp. |
Water – 1 tbsp. (boiled, slightly warm) | Salt – 1/2 tsp |
Olive oil-4 tbsp |
Filling:
Mushrooms-150 g | Tomatoes-2 PCs. |
Hops-surely-2/3 tsp. | Oregano-1/2 tsp. |
Cheese-100 g | Tomato sauce-70 ml |
Hops-surely-2/3 tsp. | Salt-2/3 tsp. |
Basil-2/3 tsp. | Ground pepper-2/3 tsp. |
Paprika-2/3 tsp. | Coriander-1/2 tsp |
Coriander-2/3 tsp | Salt-2/3 tsp. |
Preparation:
Add salt to the sifted flour and mix. Then pour in the water first, then the olive oil. Add the soda slaked with vinegar, mix. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until elastic. Roll the finished dough into a ball, stretch it on the table with your hands to the desired size, and then transfer it to a baking sheet.
Cut tomatoes and mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms in a pan. Grate cheese on a grater. Add seasonings and salt to the tomato sauce and mix. Anoint the dough with the sauce, put the mushrooms and tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
