Vegetarian soup from Masha is very tasty, satisfying, and nutritious. It is prepared quite simply and contains a lot of useful substances. Green mache alone contains as many as 18 amino acids, which can not be ignored. Constant consumption of these beans reduces cholesterol and stabilizes blood pressure.
|Mash – 1 art.||Carrots – 1 PC|
|Potatoes – 2 PCs.||Sweet pepper – 1 PC.|
|Water – 2 l||Fresh ginger-1/2 tsp.|
|Cumin – 1 tsp.||Coriander-1/2 tsp.|
|Ghee-1 tbsp.||Greens – 1 bunch|
Boil the mash for 30 minutes, add the peeled and diced potatoes, and cook for another 10 minutes. Heat ghee oil in a pan, add spices, finely chopped pepper, and carrots, simmer for 5 minutes, then add to the soup and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off and let the soup stand for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, garnish with finely chopped herbs.
