Spinach soup is a very healthy dish, as it contains not only a large number of vitamins (A, C, E) but also a large number of trace elements in biologically available form, as well as iodine. Spinach goes well with other vegetables. Such soups, suitable for dietary nutrition, also have a pleasant light sour taste. Many cooks prepare spinach soups, add salt at the roasting stage – salt softens vegetables and causes the release of moisture, into which aromatic substances are extracted.
Composition
Frozen or fresh spinach-200 g | Potatoes – 1 pc. to |
Cream – 250 ml | Bay leaf – 1 piece |
Salt and pepper for taste | Crackers and herbs to taste (for decoration) |
Preparation
Defrost the spinach. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour water, add salt, add bay leaf and cook until tender.
