Vegetarian cheesecake: ingredients
For the basics:
- Dates-50 g
- Any nuts – 100 g
- Water – 1 tbsp.
- Green buckwheat flakes – 1 tbsp
Filling
- Cashew – 100 g
- Cream – 250ml
- Vanilla-pinch
- Zest of half a lemon
- Lemon juice-30ml
- Honey-2-3 tablespoons or agave syrup
- Berries for decoration
Vegetarian cheesecake: cooking
Put all the ingredients for the base in a blender, then put them in a mold (pre-cover the mold with polyethylene). Put it in the freezer. Beat the cream, add the nuts and other ingredients. Remove the hardened base from the freezer and pour the filling into it.Put the crushed berries on top and make splashes with a fork (for beauty). Put it in the freezer overnight and get it out 20 minutes before eating.
